| 目的 探讨吴茱萸择时选穴热熨护理对乳腺癌术后患者心身症状的影响。方法 选择2020年1月～2021年12月在深圳市龙岗区妇幼保健院接受乳腺癌手术治疗的88例患者作为研究对象,随机数字表分为实验组(44例)和对照组(44例)。两组均于乳腺癌术后采用吴茱萸药熨,实验组在此基础上采取择时选穴护理方法,每天热敷30min,连续热敷3d。对两组术后疼痛情况、心理指标、生活质量及护理满意度进行评价。结果 术后24h、48h和72h时,两组VAS评分较术后12h显著性降低,呈现下降趋势,并且实验组各时间点VAS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05)；术后7d时,两组SAS和SDS量表评分均有明显下降,并且实验组的心理量表评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；实验组术后1个月时SF-36中各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05)；实验组的护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 吴茱萸择时选穴热熨护理能够减轻乳腺癌患者术后疼痛程度,促进心身症状改善,护理满意度较高。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of evodia hot ironing nursing on chosen time and acupoint on psychosomatic symptoms of postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery in the Shenzhen Longgang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research subjects from January 2020 to December 2021, and were divided into the experimental group (44 cases) and the control group (44 cases) by random number table method. The two groups of patients were treated with evodia hot ironing after breast cancer surgery, and the experimental group was adopted the nursing of chosen time and acupoint. Hot ironing nursing was 30 minutes a day for 3 consecutive days. Postoperative pain, psychological indicators, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups. Results At 24h, 48h, and 72h after surgery, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than 12h after surgery, showing a downward trend, and the experimental group"s VAS scores were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); 7d after surgery, both groups of SAS and SDS scale scores declined significantly, and the experimental group"s psychological scale scores were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the experimental group"s quality of life scores in SF-36 were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the experimental group"s satisfaction with care was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evodia hot ironing nursing on chosen time and acupoint could reduce the postoperative pain degree of breast cancer patients, promote the improvement of psychosomatic symptoms, and achieve higher nursing satisfaction. |
