| 目的 分析某医院艾滋病患者的心理困扰现状及影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法抽取2020年10月至2022年6月某医院感染病房286例艾滋病患者,应用Kessler10量表对患者的心理困扰现状调查并分析其影响因素。结果 82.8%的艾滋病患者存在不同程度的心理困扰,心理困扰总得分为25.17±9.86。单因素分析显示：不同年龄、教育程度、职业、感染时间、并发症、艾滋病防治知识、药物副作用及社会支持的艾滋病患者心理困扰得分比较,心理困扰得分比较,统计学有差异(均P＜0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示：感染时间(P=0.004)、艾滋病防治知识(P=0.009)、药物副作用(P=0.006)及社会支持(P=0.001)是艾滋病患者心理困扰的独立影响因素。结论 艾滋病患者心理困扰严重,管理者应给予患者心理干预,减轻心理困扰,提高生活质量。 |

| Objective To analyze the status of psychological distress and its influencing factors among AIDS patients in a hospital. Methods The clinical data of 286 patients with AIDS were selected by convenience sampling method from October 2020 to June 2022．The status of psychological distress was investigated with the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale, and analyzes its influencing factors. Results About 82.8%of AIDS patients had different degrees of psychological distress, and the total psychological distress score was 25.17±9.86.The psychological distress score of patients with different ages, education level, occupation, infection time, complications, prevention knowledge of AIDS, side effects and social supports were significantly different(all P＜0.05). The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the infection time (P=0.004), prevention knowledge of AIDS (P=0.009), side effects (P=0.006) and social supports (P=0.001) were the independent influencing factors of psychological distress of patients with AIDS. The patients with AIDS suffer from serious psychological distress,and managers should be given psychological intervention to relieve psychological distress and improve the quality of life. |
