| 妊娠合并急性阑尾炎( acute appendicitis,AA) 是妊娠期间最常见的外科合并症,其主要发生在妊娠中期,临床上AA诊断准确率为67%-75%且缺乏特异的诊查手段[1],因该疾病的临床症状缺乏典型性, 在一定程度上增加了临床诊断的难度, 导致部分孕妇因延误诊治发生坏疽和穿孔, 影响妊娠结局?因此,给予AA患者有效的治疗与护理,对确保患者良好的预后具有重要意义?本文将对国内外妊娠合并阑尾炎的相关文献行综述,以期为AA患者临床护理提供参考依据。 |

| Pregnancy with acute appendicitis (AA) is the most common surgical complication during pregnancy, which mainly occurs in the second trimester. The accuracy rate of AA diagnosis is 67%-75% and there is a lack of specific diagnostic means [1]. The lack of typical clinical symptoms of the disease increases the difficulty of clinical diagnosis to a certain extent, leading to gangrene and perforation in some pregnant women due to delayed diagnosis and treatment, affecting the pregnancy outcome. Therefore, giving effective treatment and nursing to AA patients is of great significance to ensure a good prognosis of patients. In this paper, the literature related to pregnancy complicated with appendicitis at home and abroad will be reviewed, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing of AA patients. |
