| 目的 分析早期康复护理对脑出血患者术后生活质量及肢体功能恢复的影响。方法 将我院2018年11月至2020年7月收治的86例脑出血患者随机分为观察组(早期康复护理)与对照组(常规康复护理),各43例。比较两组干预前后的运动功能及生活质量评分,统计护理满意度。结果 干预后,观察组的运动功能评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 早期康复护理能促进脑出血患者术后肢体功能的快速恢复,提高其生活质量,增加满意度,值得推广使用。 |

| Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative quality of life and limb function recovery of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 86 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from November 2018 to July 2020 were randomly divided into observation group (early rehabilitation nursing) and control group (routine rehabilitation nursing), 43 cases in each group.The scores of motor function and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction was counted.Results After the intervention, the motor function score, quality of life score, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can promote the rapid recovery of postoperative limb function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, improve their quality of life, and increase satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization. |
