| 目的：分析预见性护理联合细致护理对子宫填塞球囊负压引流患者出血量的影响。方法：选取2020年1月~2020年12月于我院分娩并采用子宫填塞球囊负压引流的80例患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为常规组与联合组各40例,常规组采取常规护理,联合组采取预见性护理联合细致护理,对比两组护理效果差异。结果：联合组产后2h出血量、产后24h出血量均少于常规组,血性恶露持续时间短于常规组,护理满意率大于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；护理前两组患者心理状态评分、睡眠质量评分、生存质量评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),护理后心理状态评分、睡眠质量评分均较本组护理前下降,生存质量评分较本组护理前升高,且联合组均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：预见性护理联合细致护理有助于进一步降低子宫填塞球囊负压引流患者出血量,改善其心理状态、睡眠质量及生存质量,缓解紧张的护患对立形势,值得推广使用。 |

| Objective: To analyze the effect of predictive nursing combined with meticulous nursing on the amount of bleeding in patients with uterine tamponade balloon drainage. Methods: Select 80 patients who gave birth in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 and were treated with uterine tamponade balloon negative pressure drainage as the research objects. Using random number table method, they were divided into routine group and combined group with 40 cases each, routine The group adopts conventional nursing, and the combined group adopts predictive nursing combined with meticulous nursing, and the difference in nursing effect between the two groups is compared. Results: The bleeding volume at 2h and 24h after delivery in the combined group was less than that in the routine group, the duration of bloody lochia was shorter than that in the routine group, and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the routine group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in the patients" mental state score, sleep quality score, and quality of life score (P>0.05). The mental state score and sleep quality score after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the quality of life score was higher than before nursing. , And the combined group was better than the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Predictive nursing combined with meticulous nursing can help to further reduce the bleeding volume of patients with uterine tamponade balloon negative pressure drainage, improve their mental state, sleep quality and quality of life, and relieve the tension between nurses and patients.
