Objective: To investigate the effect of intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding nutritional support combined with predictive nursing in the treatment of stroke patients with dysphagia and its influence on patients' comfort. Method: 80 patients with dysphagia caused by stroke admitted to our hospital from June 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the different treatment and intervention methods, the patients were divided into the conventional group (n = 40, nutritional support and routine nursing intervention by continuous indwelling nasogastric tube) and the experimental group (n = 40, nutritional support and predictive nursing by intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding) The efficacy, adverse reactions and comfort of the two groups were compared. Results: The swallowing function recovery of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group, and compared with the conventional group, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly improved (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeding, food reflux, nasal mucosal injury and other adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the scores of nasal pain, throat pain and swallowing pain in the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion: Intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding nutritional support combined with predictive nursing in the treatment of stroke patients with dysphagia has a higher curative effect, which can reduce the adverse reactions in the process of treatment and improve the comfort of treatment.
