| 摘要：目的 对Roy适应模式在帕金森病患者护理中的应用进行探究。方法 选择我院收治的帕金森病患者118例纳入研究，选取时间从2018年3月开始，截止到2020年8月。按照患者病历单双号将其划分为甲组和乙组，每组各有59例。甲组患者在治疗期间实施常规护理，乙组患者在治疗期间实施Roy适应模式护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果 护理前，两组的Webster 评分比较无明显差异（P＞0.05），乙组的Webster 评分明显低于甲组，数据比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理前，两组的生存质量比较无明显差异（P＞0.05），护理后，乙组的生活质量明显高于甲组，数据比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在帕金森患者的护理中采用Roy适应模式可以有效缓解其症状，而且还可以提高其生存质量。 |

| Abstract: Objective To explore the application of Roy adaptation model in the care of Parkinson's disease patients. Methods A total of 118 Parkinson's disease patients admitted to our hospital were selected for inclusion in the study. The selection period began in March 2018 and ended in August 2020. The patients were divided into group A and group B according to their medical records, with 59 cases in each group. Patients in group A were given routine care during treatment, and patients in group B were given Roy adaptation model care during treatment. Compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in Webster score between the two groups (P>0.05). The Webster score of group B was significantly lower than that of group A, and the data comparison was statistically significant (P＜0.05); before nursing, the quality of life of the two groups There was no significant difference (P>0.05). After nursing, the quality of life of group B was significantly higher than that of group A, and the data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of Roy adaptation model in the care of Parkinson's patients can effectively relieve their symptoms and improve their quality of life. |
