| 【摘要】目的：探讨对老年髋关节置换术患者进行个性化手术室护理的价值。方法：选择2019年06月-2020年07月在本院行髋关节置换术的74例患者，随机分为常规护理对照组与个性化手术室护理实验组，各37例，常规对照组采用常规护理方法，实验组采用个性化的手术室护理方法，从手术时间、生命体征和患者的满意度进行对比分析护理效果。结果：实验组手术时间（101.75±31.71）min，小于对照组，P<0.05。护理后实验组收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸频率分别为（121.85±7.36）mmHg、（80.22±6.17）mmHg、（73.10±5.12）次/min、（17.38±1.35）次/min，低于对照组，P<0.05。实验组满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：个性化手术室护理有利于维持老年髋关节置换术患者体征稳定，能提高护理满意度。

| Objective: To explore the value of individualized operation room nursing for elderly patients with hip arthroplasty. Methods :74 elderly patients with hip arthroplasty were selected, Randomly divided into routine nursing control group and individualized operating room nursing experimental group, 37 cases each, Contrast nursing effect. Results: Operation time (101.75±31.71) min, in experimental group Less than the control group, P<0.05. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate were (121.85±7.36) mmHg、(73.10±5.1), respectively 2) times / min、(17.38±1.35) times / min, were lower than those in the control group, Pmin、(17.38±0.05. experimental group satisfaction was higher than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Personalized operation room nursing is beneficial to maintain the stability of the physical signs of the elderly patients with hip arthroplasty and improve the nursing satisfaction. |
