| 目前随着原卫生部疼痛病规范化综合治疗的概念提出,疼痛的规范化治疗管理也逐渐被人们重视推行起来。规范化疼痛治疗管理的基本原则主要包括:有效率地消除疼痛,最大不同程度上地减少止痛药物不良反应,把疼痛及有效治疗结果带来的各种心理生活负担影响降到最低,全面提高疼痛患者的医疗生活工作质量。本文从疼痛治疗管理行业规范化的技术重要性以及相关几个方面的主要研究问题出发,对疼痛治疗管理行业规范化的历史发展，现状分析、发展趋势以及预测问题进行了深入综述。 |

| At present, with the concept of standardized comprehensive treatment of pain diseases put forward by the original Ministry of health, the standardized treatment and management of pain has been gradually valued and implemented. The basic principles of standardized pain treatment management mainly include: effectively eliminate pain, reduce adverse reactions of analgesic drugs to the greatest extent, minimize the impact of pain and effective treatment results on psychological life burden, comprehensively improve the quality of medical life of patients with pain, and standardized tracking management of pain points is very important. Starting from the technical importance of the standardization of pain treatment management industry and the main research problems in related aspects, this paper reviews the historical development, current situation analysis, development trend and prediction of pain treatment management industry standardization. |
