| 目的:研究分析基于精神关注的安宁疗护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选择我医院自2019年2月~2020年2月收治的88例乳腺癌患者为本次研究观察对象,应用计算机随机数字法将之分为两组,即对照组与观察组,每组中患者各占44例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者基于精神关注实施安宁疗护理,比较不同护理模式对于患者心理情绪及睡眠质量的应用效果。结果:护理后两组患者不良情绪及睡眠质量有明显改善,且观察组患者SAS与SDS评分比较对照组降低,P＜0.05,两组比较差异有统计学意义。且观察组患者PSQI评分比较对照组明显降低,P＜0.05,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:对乳腺癌患者采用基于精神关注的安宁疗护理模式,可有效改善患者负性心理,提高其睡眠质量,值得在临床普及。 |

| Objective: To study and analyze the application effect of hospice nursing based on mental concern in patients with breast cancer. Methods: 88 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation objects of this study. They were divided into two groups by computer random number method, that is, the control group and the observation group, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given hospice care based on mental care The application effect of emotion and sleep quality. Results: after nursing, the bad mood and sleep quality of the two groups were significantly improved, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05. And the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the hospice nursing mode based on mental concern can effectively improve the negative psychology and sleep quality of patients with breast cancer, which is worthy of clinical popularization. |
