      随着社会经济的发展,病人的住院需求不仅限于医疗救治,对人文关怀的需求也逐步增加,病人满意度是基于医院的人文科学来做的一项调查,通过病人满意度调查,掌握最真实的有效数据,获得病人的目标需求,明确医院的改进方向。不仅体现了医院以病人服务为核心的宗旨,也旨在更高效的促进医院的护理水平,最终达到医院经济效益与社会效益的双重收获。本研究大量查阅文献,精简出住院病人满意度的调查意义,对于医院本身护理能力改进的帮助,明确医院服务目标,供研究学者查阅。

      【abstract】With the development of social economy, the inpatient demand is not only limited to medical treatment, but also the demand for humanistic care. Patient satisfaction is a survey based on the hospital's humanities. Through the patient satisfaction survey, we can master the most real and effective data, obtain the patient's target demand, and clear the direction of hospital improvement. It not only embodies the hospital's purpose of taking patient service as the core, but also aims to promote the hospital's nursing level more efficiently, and finally achieve the double harvest of the hospital's economic and social benefits. In this study, a large number of literatures were consulted to simplify the survey significance of inpatient satisfaction, to help improve the nursing ability of the hospital itself, and to clarify the service objectives of the hospital for researchers to consult.
