| 【摘要】目的 观察股前外侧穿支皮瓣游离移植用于深度创面修复中的疗效。 方法 对我院烧伤整形外科2018年1月至2019年10月收治的60例行深度创面修复治疗的患者进行研究，共行60块股前外侧穿支皮瓣游离移植修复创面。观察60例患者皮瓣成活情况、并发症发生率。 结果 所有患者手术治疗后皮瓣均成活，3例患者术后出现静脉回流障碍，用药后皮瓣挽救成活；1例出现血管危象，吻合、桥接后皮瓣挽救成活。术后6个月随访发现，仅有3例患者皮瓣供区出现皮肤感觉异常，1例患者受区出现瘢痕。 结论 对需深度创面修复的患者采用股前外侧穿支皮瓣游离移植术疗效确切，移植的皮瓣成活率较高，对供区功能和外形影响较小。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of free grafting of anterolateral perforator flap on deep wound repair. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent deep wound repair treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were treated with a total of 60 free anterior lateral perforator flaps to repair the wound. Observe the flap survival and incidence of complications in 60 patients. Results The flaps survived after surgical treatment in all patients. Three patients had venous reflux disorder after operation, and the flaps survived after medication. One patient developed vascular crisis, and the flap was saved after anastomosis and bridging. After 6 months of follow-up, only 3 patients had abnormal skin sensation in the donor area of the flap, and 1 patient had scars in the recipient area. Conclusion Anterior lateral femoral perforator flap free transplantation is effective for patients who need deep wound repair. The survival rate of the transplanted flap is higher, and the effect on the function and shape of the donor area is less. |
