| 目的 浅析在社区高血压患者的治疗中予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片的给药合理性。方法 纳入本单位2018年08月至2019年12月间社区高血压患者100例作研究样本,采用随机数字表法分组,取其中50例为对照组,施行厄贝沙坦治疗方案；另50例为实验组,施行厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗方案。比较两组系统治疗下的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及综合疗效。结果 两组SBP、DBP检测水平治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后,实验组SBP、DBP检测水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；实验组疗效率(94.00%)高于对照组(78.00%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压疾病血压控制水平高,临床疗效显著。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To analyze the rationality of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of hypertensive patients in the community. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension in the community from August 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled as research samples, and they were grouped by random number table method. 50 of them were taken as the control group and treated with irbesartan; the other 50 cases For the experimental group, irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets were administered. Compare the systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and comprehensive curative effect of the two groups under system therapy. Results There was no significant difference in the detection levels of SBP and DBP between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, the detection levels of SBP and DBP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); The treatment efficiency of the group (94.00%) was higher than that of the control group (78.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets have a high level of blood pressure control in the treatment of hypertension, and the clinical effect is significant. |
