| ()目的 了解西充县老年居民的养老现状,为社会养老制度的发展与完善提供参考依据。方法 采用自制问卷,利用方便抽样的方式,对西充县60岁及以上的227名居民进行问卷调查。结果 该地区老年居民对养老模式的选择以家庭养老为主,占77.1%(175/227),其次是机构养老和社区养老,分别占12.3%(28/227)、10.6%(24/227)。同时,52%以上老年居民的养老需求以生活照料服务和医疗保健服务为主。结论 相关部门在制订养老政策时,应充分考虑老年居民的养老模式选择及养老需求,积极发展以家庭养老为主,社会养老为辅的养老服务事业,提高老年人的生活幸福指数。 |

| Objective To understand the current status of elderly care for elderly residents in Xichong County, and provide reference for the development and improvement of the social pension system. Method Self-made questionnaires and convenient sampling were used to conduct surveys of 227 residents aged 60 and above in Xichong County. Result The choice of old-age residents in the area is based on family pensions, accounting for 77.1%(175/227), followed by institutional pensions and community pensions, accounting for 12.3% (28/227)and 10.6%(24/227)respectively. At the same time, more than 52% of elderly residents rely on life care services and health care services for their endowment needs. Conclusion When making the pension policy, the relevant departments should fully consider the choice of old-age residents" pension mode and the need for old-age care, actively develop old-age care services based on family pensions, supplemented by social pensions, and improve the well-being index of the elderly. |
