| 目的：分析宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法：选取2017年6月—2018年6月于我院接受子宫内膜息肉治疗的患者86例,分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组患者接受宫腔镜电切术治疗,对照组接受刮宫治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者手术相关情况明显优于对照组,患者术后子宫内膜厚度情况低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉能够给患者提供更加安全高效的治疗,有效改善患者临床症状,降低疾病复发率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广使用。 |

| Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods: 86 cases of endometrial polyps treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. The observation group received hysteroscopic electrotomy, while the control group received curettage. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result: The operation-related situation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The endometrial thickness of the patients after operation was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps can provide patients with safer and more efficient treatment, effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the recurrence rate of disease, clinical application value is high, it is worth promoting. |
