| 摘要 目的：探讨血液检验红细胞参数在鉴别诊断贫血患者中的价值。方法：选我院地中海贫血患者48例作为地中海贫血组，48例缺铁性贫血的患者为缺铁性贫血组以及选择该时期进行体检的正常人48例为对照组。比较血液检验红细胞参数差异。结果：血红细胞含量、红细胞平均血红蛋白量和红细胞平均体积都是对照组最大，红细胞体积分布宽度缺铁性贫血组最大，红细胞计数地中海贫血组最大，差异均显著，P＜0.05。结论：血液检验红细胞参数不仅能够诊断贫血，还能够将贫血的类型进行鉴别。 |

| Abstract Objective: To investigate the value of blood test red blood cell parameters in the differential diagnosis of anemia patients. METHODS: Forty-eight patients with thalassemia in our hospital were selected as thalassemia group, 48 patients with iron deficiency anemia were in the iron deficiency anemia group, and 48 patients with normal physical examination during this period were selected as the control group. Compare blood tests for differences in red blood cell parameters. RESULTS: The red blood cell content, red blood cell mean hemoglobin volume and red blood cell mean volume were the largest in the control group. The red blood cell volume distribution width was the largest in the iron deficiency anemia group, and the red blood cell count was the largest in the thalassemia group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Blood test red blood cell parameters can not only diagnose anemia, but also identify the type of anemia. |
