| 目的：通过对儿科护士的心理健康状况的调查,提出干预对策。方法：应用SCL-90自评表对我院儿科护士心理健康状况进行调查,分析调查结果。结果：儿科护士心理健康状况较其他科室的护士心理健康状况差,需进行适当的干预。结论：儿科护士的工作压力较大,易影响心理健康,医院应增加对儿科护士的关注,培养其业务能力,提升其心理素质,从而改善儿科护士的心理健康状况。 |

| Objective: To investigate the mental health status of pediatric nurses and put forward intervention measures. Methods: The mental health status of pediatric nurses in our hospital was investigated with SCL-90 self-assessment form, and the results were analyzed. Results: The pediatric nurses’ mental health is worse than others, and appropriate intervention is needed. Conclusion: The work of pediatric nurses is easily affects their mental health. We should take note of cultivate their ability, so as to improve their mental health. |
