| 目的：探究综合护理干预实施于腹部手术后粘连性梗阻患者，其效果如何。方法：挑取2018年12月至2019年10月本院110例腹部术后出现粘连性肠梗阻患者，以随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各55例，对照组：常规护理，观察组：综合护理干预。对两组临床症状缓解时间予以对比。结果：两组临床症状均缓解，但观察组临床症状缓解情况优于对照组，差异显著，P＜0.05；观察组（100%）治疗明显高于对照组（91.43%），具有明显差异，P＜0.05。结论：经腹部手术后患者出现粘连性肠梗阻，对其进行综合性护理干预，其效果明显，值得应用。 |

| Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with adhesive obstruction after abdominal surgery.Methods:From December 2018 to October 2019,110 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 55 cases each by random number table.Control group:routine care,observation group:Comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical symptom relief time of the two groups was compared.Results:The clinical symptoms of the two groups were relieved,but the clinical symptom relief of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant,P＜0.05;the treatment of the observation group(100%)was significantly higher than the control group(91.43%),there was a significant difference,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Adhesive intestinal obstruction occurs in patients after abdominal surgery.Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective and worthy of application. |
