Group B streptococcus infection in perinatal pregnant women can lead to postpartum sepsis, puerperal infection and urinary system infection. It is closely related to adverse pregnancy outcomes such as neonatal infection, fetal growth restriction, abortion and premature rupture of membranes. It is an important pathogen type in perinatal period. Because of the phenomenon of clinical abuse of antibiotics, resulting in the increase of drug-resistant strains, for tetracycline, clindamycin and erythromycin have high resistance. GBS screening in late pregnancy and antibiotic intervention during delivery are the main measures to prevent and treat GBS infection. Vaccine prevention is the future research direction of GBS infection control. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the treatment and prevention of group B streptococcus infection from the pathogenicity of group B streptococcus. We hope to provide reference value for the clinical perinatal pregnant women with group B streptococcus infection. |
