| 目的：研究超声引导下骶髂关节注射用于产后骶髂关节炎的治疗有效性。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年6月在本院接受治疗的60例产后骶髂关节炎患者，采用超声引导下骶髂关节注射治疗，观察患者治疗前后的晨僵时间、疼痛评分及治疗总有效率。结果：治疗后患者的晨僵时间明显缩短，疼痛评分显著下降（P＜0.05）。治疗后患者总有效率为93.33%。结论：对产后骶髂关节炎患者采用超声引导下骶髂关节注射治疗，能有效减轻患者的疼痛感，改善患者的临床症状，治疗效率有效提高。 |

| Objective: To study the effectiveness of ultrasound-guided sacroiliac joint injection for the treatment of postpartum sacroiliitis. Methods: Sixty patients with postpartum sacroiliac arthritis who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and treated with ultrasound-guided sacroiliac joint injection. Observe the morning stiffness time, pain score and total effective rate of treatment before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the patient's morning stiffness time was significantly shortened, and the pain score decreased significantly(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.33%. Conclusion: The use of ultrasound-guided sacroiliac joint injection therapy for postpartum sacroiliac arthritis patients can effectively reduce the patient's pain,improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and have a high treatment efficiency. |
