| Objective: To explore the effect of high quality nursing mode on gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods: A total of 600 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects. According to the randomized parallel control method, they were divided into control group and research group with 300 cases each. Control group to give routine nursing, the research group in the control group on the basis of nursing to provide quality care, compared the two groups of nursing effect. Results: The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the research group was 9.67% (29/300), significantly lower than that in the control group 28.33%(85/300). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.01).Results: Of postoperative recovery (including length of stay, recovery of intestinal function, and time of getting out of bed) between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.01).The difference of satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.01). The total satisfaction of the research group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group (65.00%). Conclusion: The whole process of high-quality nursing can improve the comfort of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients in the process of surgery, reduce the patients' fear of surgery, improve the quality of nursing, accelerate the recovery after the disease, it is worthy of application. |
