| 目的：探讨无保护助产护理在促进初产妇自然分娩中的效果。方法：选择2018年6月至2019年12月本院接收的90例初产妇为研究对象，分为研究组（45例）和对照组（45例），对照组予以常规护理，研究组应用无保护助产护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组分娩出血量（178.55±12.33）mL、疼痛评分（4.81±1.54）分及住院时间（3.41±0.86）d，显著比对照组短（P＜0.05）；且研究组并发症总发生率（6.66％）比对照组少（P＜0.05）。结论：无保护助产护理在促进初产妇自然分娩中的应用效果显著，有利于减轻疼痛，降低并发症发生，缩短住院时间。 |

| Objective:To explore the effect of unprotected midwifery nursing in promoting the natural delivery of primipara.Methods:The 90 cases of primiparas received in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a study group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases).The control group received routine care,and the study group received unprotected midwifery nursing,compare the nursing effects of the two groups Results:The bleeding volume of the study group was(178.55±12.33)mL,the pain score(4.81±1.54)and the hospital stay(3.41±0.86)days,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05);and the total incidence of complications in the study group (6.66%) was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of unprotected midwifery care in promoting the natural delivery of primipara is significant,which is beneficial to relieve pain,reduce complications and shorten the length of hospitalization. |
