| 目的：对慢性胃溃疡患者采用针对性护理的效果进行探究。方法：选择本院收治的慢性胃溃疡患者80例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象（2018年11月至2019年10月），按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组（n=40）和干预组（n=40）。采用常规护理方式对常规组予以护理，采用针对性护理的方式对干预组予以护理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：护理后干预组的焦虑和抑郁评分明显低于常规组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预组的护理满意度明显高于常规组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针对慢性胃溃疡患者实施针对性护理，可以有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，而且患者的护理满意度更高。 |

| Objective: To explore the effect of targeted nursing for patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods: Eighty patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted in our hospital were selected as the research subjects included in this study (November 2018 to October 2019), and they were divided into routine group (n=40) and intervention group (n=40) according to the random number table method. Routine nursing was adopted for the routine group, and targeted intervention was used for the intervention group. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: The scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, and the comparison results were tested (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and the comparison results were tested (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Targeted care for patients with chronic gastric ulcer can effectively relieve the patient's anxiety and depression, and the patient's nursing satisfaction is higher. |
