      目的:对胃肠道手术患者应用手术室护理对促进其切口愈合及降低并发症的效果进行探究。方法:选择本院收治的实施胃肠道手术的患者90例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间段为2019年1月到2019年11月,按照随机数字表法将这些患者划分为常规护理组(n=45)和护理干预组(n=45),采用常规护理模式对常规护理组予以护理,采用手术室护理干预模式对护理干预组予以护理,对比两组患者的切口愈合效果及并发症发生率。结果:护理干预组的甲级愈合率明显高于常规护理组,两组比较经过检验(P<0.05)。护理干预组的并发症发生率明显低于常规护理组,两组比较经过检验(P<0.05)。结论:针对胃肠道手术患者实施手术室护理可以有效促进其切口愈合,并且减少其并发症发生率。

      Objective:To explore the effect of operating room nursing on gastrointestinal surgery patients to promote incision healing and reduce complications.Methods:Ninety patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery admitted in our hospital were selected as the research subjects included in this study.The time period was selected from January 2019 to November 2019.These patients were divided into routine care according to the random number table method.Group(n=45)and nursing intervention group(n=45),using conventional nursing mode to provide care to the conventional nursing group,operating room nursing intervention mode to provide care to the nursing intervention group,and comparing the effect of incision healing and the complications Disease incidence.Results The rate of Grade A healing was significantly higher in the nursing intervention group than in the conventional nursing group,and the comparison between the two groups was tested(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the nursing intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group,and the comparison between the two groups was tested(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room care for patients with gastrointestinal surgery can effectively promote incision healing and reduce the incidence of complications.
