| 目的：对老年脑梗死患者采用优质护理的效果进行探究。方法：选择本院收治的老年脑梗死患者80例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组和优质组，每组各有40例。采用常规护理模式对常规组患者进行护理，在此基础上，采用优质护理模式对优质组进行护理。护理结束后，对两组患者的语言功能和肢体功能进行观察和比较。结果：优质组护理后的语言功能和肢体功能均明显优于常规组，两组患者比较经过统计学检验（P＜0.05）。优质组护理后的护理满意度明显优于常规组，两组患者比较经过统计学检验（P＜0.05）。结论：针对老年脑梗死患者实施优质护理可以有效改善其语言功能和肢体功能，而且护理满意度更高。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with elderly cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects included in this study.They were divided into routine group and high-quality group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with the conventional nursing model,and based on this,quality patients were treated with the high-quality nursing model.After the end of nursing,the language function and limb function of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results The language function and limb function of the high-quality group after nursing were significantly better than those of the conventional group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically tested(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the high-quality group after nursing was significantly better than that of the conventional group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically tested(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve their language function and limb function,and the nursing satisfaction is higher. |
