| Objective: To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: The subjects were all pregnant hypertensive 94 cases, using single and double random draw, 47 cases per group, the patients with single number were included in the control group, mere magnesium sulfate treatment. The other group was drawn with double numbers, and the observation group was included in the combined treatment with nifedipine. The blood pressure level, blood viscosity, 24h urine protein amount and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, the blood pressure level of the two groups was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software system (P＞0.05); After treatment, blood pressure levels in both groups were significantly reduced by SPSS 20.0 software system analysis, and the observation group decreased more (P＜0.05); Compared with the control group, The blood viscosity and 24h urine protein in the observation group were significantly lower (P＜0.05). Conclusion: For hypertensive patients with pregnancy, magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine can stabilize blood pressure, blood viscosity and 24h urine protein were reduced. |
