| 目的：分析综合康复护理对产妇产后子宫恢复及生活质量影响效果。方法：研究对象为该院2017年8月至2019年4月收治的92例产妇，随机均分为甲乙两组各46例，分别实施常规护理与综合康复护理，比较两组产妇术后子宫恢复情况及生活质量。结果：干预后乙组产妇子宫入骨盆时间、恶露时间及出血量等各项指标均优于甲组，且干预后乙组产妇生活质量评分总分高于甲组，P＜0.05。结论：综合康复护理是一种全面性、综合性、精细化的康复护理干预，着重在于帮助患者康复，对产妇产后实施综合康复护理有助于促进产妇子宫尽快恢复，提升产妇产后生活质量。 |

| Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum uterine recovery and quality of life of pregnant women. Methods: 92 cases of pregnant women admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into group A and Group B with 46 cases in each group. Routine nursing and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing were performed respectively, and the uterine recovery and quality of life after obstetrics and gynecology were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, all the indicators such as pelvic penetration time, lochia time and blood loss were better than those of group A, and the total score of life quality of group B was higher than that of group A (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is a comprehensive, comprehensive and fine rehabilitation nursing intervention, which focuses on helping patients recover. The implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for postpartum puerpera is conducive to promoting the uterine recovery of puerpera as soon as possible, improve the quality of life of puerpera, and is worthy of promotion and application. |
