Objective:To compare the application of several common cervical cancer screening technologies and provide theoretical references for clinical cervical cancer screening. Methods:From August 2017 to August 2019,1407 patients who were screened for cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and TCT technology,HPV technology, and TCT combined with HPV-DNA were used for cervical cancer.Screening, and finally comparing with the results of pathological examination,to evaluate the detection rate and coincidence rate of the two cervical cancer screening methods,to verify the effectiveness of its application. Results:Compared with the results of pathological examination, the detection rate and coincidence rate of TCT combined with HPV-DNA were higher than those of TCT and HPV.Pathological examination showed that 63 of the 1407 subjects were patients with cervical disease, the detection rate was 4.48%,and TCT combined with HPV-DNA screening results were 63 patients with cervical disease, the detection rate was 4.48%,and the coincidence rate 100.00%,and only 51 patients with cervical disease were selected by the single TCT technology. The detection rate was 3.62%,and the coincidence rate was 80.95%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HPV technology detected 56 patients with cervical disease, the detection rate was 4.00%,the coincidence rate was 88.89%,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the screening of cervical cancer, the use of TCT and HPV-DNA can further improve the detection rate of cervical diseases, and the accuracy of the screening results is high, which has high clinical application value. |
