| 目的：针对围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者采用小剂量米非司酮与孕三烯酮联合治疗的效果进行探究。方法：选择本院收治的围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者76例作为本次研究纳入的对象，按照随机数字表法将其划分为单一用药组和联合用药组，每组各有38例。通过不同治疗方式治疗两组患者，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：单一用药组总有效率为73.6%，联合用药组总有效率为94.7%。联合用药组总有效率明显高于单一用药组，两组患者结果经过统计学检验显示为（P＜0.05）。单一用药组不良反应率为10.5%，联合用药组不良反应率为13.2%。联合用药组不良反应率与单一用药组相比差异不显著，两组患者结果经过统计学检验显示为（P＞0.05）。结论：针对围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者采用小剂量米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗具有很好的效果，而且不良反应少。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of low-dose mifepristone combined with gestrinone on patients with perimenopausal uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 76 patients with perimenopausal uterine fibroids treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into single medication group and combined medication group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were treated by different treatment methods,and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 73.6% in the single medication group and 94.7% in the combined medication group.The total effective rate of the combined medication group was significantly higher than that of the single medication group,and the results of the two groups of patients showed statistically significant(P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the single medication group was 10.5%,and the adverse reaction rate in the combined medication group was 13.2%.The adverse reaction rate of the combined medication group was not significantly different from that of the single medication group,and the results of the two groups of patients showed statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:For patients with perimenopausal uterine fibroids,low-dose mifepristone combined with gestrinone is effective and has few adverse reactions. |
