| Objective:To explore the application effect and use value of prenatal ultrasound in various types of fetal kidney development abnormalities.Methods:A total of 50 patients were selected for ultrasound examination in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and fetuses with abnormal kidney development after the examination.Results:In this study,a total of 50 fetuses were selected.Among them,the detection rate of renal pelvis widening,polycystic kidney disease and other diseases was higher,while the detection rate of pelvic heterotopic kidney and duplication kidney diseases was lower.Moreover,it has a good effect on the prognosis of fetuses with enlarged renal pelvis,while other fetuses with abnormal kidney development have poor prognosis.Conclusion:The use of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis can more accurately find the abnormal development of fetal kidney,and can provide corresponding treatment data for later treatment in time. |
