| Objective:To analyze the effect of applying continuous quality improvement in nursing quality management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given routine care quality management,and the study group was treated with continuous quality improvement in nursing quality management.The effectiveness of nursing quality management in the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of disinfection management,nursing skills,ward management,document management and operation specifications of the study group were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events in the study group was 4.0%,and the satisfaction rate was 96.0%.Compared with 20.0%and 78.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement applied to obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the quality of patient care management,reduce adverse events,and improve patient satisfaction. |
