Objective: To analyze the changes of serum fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and their relationship with adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: In this study,74 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who completed treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study group,and 74 healthy parturients who participated in the examination at the same time were selected as the reference group,with a total of 148 cases. To observe the serum indicators and the occurrence of adverse pregnancy in the two groups,and make a brief comparative analysis of the data. Results: Compared with the reference group,the levels of PBG,FBG and HbAlc in serum of patients in the study group increased significantly,and there were more adverse pregnancies. There was a positive correlation between the levels of PBG,FBG and HbAlc in serum and adverse pregnancies,and there was a significant difference in this comparison data(P<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of PBG,FBG and HbAlc in gestational diabetes mellitus patients will increase obviously,and this situation will also induce. |
