| 目的：探究协同护理模式对慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理能力、心理状态（负性情绪）和生活质量的影响。方法：选择2018年1月至2019年10月康平县人民医院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法，将研究对象分为两组，对照组和观察组（每组40例），对照组采取常规护理模式，观察组采用协同护理模式，比较两组患者的自护护理能力、心理状态和生活质量情况。结果：两组患者护理前自护能力评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、生活质量评分组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），护理后两组自护能力评分、生活质量评分高于护理前，SAS评分、SDS评分低于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），组间比较观察组变化幅度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在慢性心力衰竭患者护理中，协同护理模式能够提高患者自护能力，缓解患者负性情绪，进而提高其生活质量。 |

| Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing model on self-care ability,psychological state(negative emotion)and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Kangping people's Hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group(40 cases in each group).The self-care ability,mental state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in self-care ability score,self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability score and quality of life score of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,while SAS score and SDS score were lower than those before nursing(P＜0.05)The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure,the collaborative nursing mode can improve the self-care ability of patients,alleviate the negative emotions of patients,and then improve their quality of life,which is worthy of recommendation. |
