| 目的：分析循证护理对甲状腺肿瘤患者术后的效果观察及并发症发生率影响。方法：选取本院甲状腺肿瘤患者100例（2019年1月至2019年11月），随机分为循证护理的观察组（50例）与常规护理的对照组（50例），观察患者生活质量、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果：与对照组相比，观察组生活质量好，并发症发生率低，护理满意度高，P＜0.05。结论：给予甲状腺肿瘤手术患者循证护理，能提高患者生活质量，并发症发生率低，护理满意度高，值得借鉴。 |

| Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative observation of patients with thyroid tumors and the impact of complications.Methods:A total of 100 patients with thyroid tumors in our hospital(January 2019 to November 2019)were randomly divided into an observation group(50 cases)with evidence-based care and a control group(50 cases)with conventional care to observe the quality of life of the patients,complication rate and nursing satisfaction.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had better quality of life,lower complication rate,and higher nursing satisfaction,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Evidence-based care for patients undergoing thyroid tumor surgery can improve the quality of life of patients,with a low incidence of complications and high nursing satisfaction,which is worth learning. |
