| 目的：分析消毒供应中心外来器械全流程8S管理模式应用的效果，探讨科学管理方法。方法：本院消毒供应中心自2018年1月以来对外来器械实施全流程8S管理模式。本研究选取2018年1月至2019年9月实施8S管理模式的外来器械手术724件作为观察组，2016年1月至2017年12月实施常规管理模式的外来器械手术686件作为对照组。对比两组清洗消毒检测结果、湿包率、术后返回清洗率、使用科室服务满意度和员工自我评价。结果：对照组清洗质量目测、镜检和蛋白质检测合格率均明显低于观察组，对照组湿包率和返回清洗率也明显低于观察组；观察组使用科室服务满意度及员工自我评价均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：消毒供应中心外来器械实施全流程8S管理模式，可明显提高外来器械消毒清洗工作质量，降低湿包发生率，确保术后返回清洗，使用科室服务满意度及员工自我评价明显提升。 |

| Objective: To explore the effect of evaluating the OEC management model applied to the quality control management of social supply work in the Medical Center Disinfection Supply Center. Methods: Selecting the disinfection supply center of our hospital from May 2017 to August 2019 to implement the social supply process of the medical joint disinfection supply center, before and after the OEC management mode (before and after the implementation, it was set as the control group and the observation group respectively). The management indicators related to the quality of disinfection supply work are changed, and the work quality of the disinfection supply staff, the occurrence of monthly risk events and the evaluation index of department service satisfaction are taken as evaluation criteria. Results: The average scores of the monthly assessment of the work quality of the control staff were significantly lower than that of the observation group. The monthly risk event rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group. The control group of the primary medical institutions and the disinfection supply center of the hospital The service satisfaction of the department was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Applying OEC management mode to the social supply process of medical joint disinfection supply center can effectively improve the work quality of disinfection supply staff, reduce the incidence of monthly risk events, and improve the disinfection supply of medical institutions and grassroots medical institutions.
