| 目的：对地屈孕酮联合来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效进行分析和探究。方法：选择本院在2016年6月至2018年12月收治的90例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象，按照患者病历单双号将其随机划分为两组，对照组45例，观察组45例。采用来曲唑对对照组予以治疗，在此基础上，采用地屈孕酮对观察组予以治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果：对照组总有效率为80.0%，观察组总有效率为97.8%，观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，两组患者相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗前的促卵泡生成素、黄体生成激素和血清血管内皮生长因子相比差异均不显著（P＞0.05）。两组患者治疗后的促卵泡生成素、黄体生成激素相比差异均不显著（P＞0.05），观察组患者的血清血管内皮生长因子明显低于对照组，两组患者相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：在子宫内膜异位症的临床治疗中应用地屈孕酮联合来曲唑具有明显效果，可以使患者的血清性激素水平得到有效改善。 |

| Objective: To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of dydrogesterone combined with letrozole in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods: Ninety patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the patient's medical record, and 45 patients in the control group. Group of 45 patients. The control group was treated with letrozole. On the basis of this, the observation group was treated with dydrogesterone, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was 80.0% in the control group and 97.8% in the observation group. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and serum vascular endothelial growth factor between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone (P＞0.05). The serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of dydrogesterone combined with letrozole in the clinical treatment of endometriosis has obvious effects, which can effectively improve the serum sex hormone levels of patients. |
