| 目的：探讨清热养阴汤对阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病患者糖代谢水平的影响。方法：从2016年5月至2018年9月收治的阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病患者中选取94例进行研究，随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各47例，对照组接受常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加清热养阴汤治疗，对两组治疗效果、糖代谢水平进行观察。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为97.87％，较对照组82.98％高（P＜0.05）；两组治疗前的餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平无明显差异（P＞0.05），观察组治疗后上述糖代谢指标明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：清热养阴汤治疗阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病效果满意，可改善患者糖代谢水平。 |

| Objective: To explore the effect of Qingre Yangyin Decoction on the level of glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients with yin deficiency and heat syndrome. Methods:From May 2016 to September 2018, 94 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the study. The random number table method was divided into 47 cases in the control group and the observation group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Qingre Yangyin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and glucose metabolism levels of the two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.87%, which was higher than that of the control group 82.98% (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in postprandial 2hPG, fasting blood glucose (FPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels between the two groups (P＞0.05). The above glucose metabolism index was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions:Qingre Yangyin Decoction is effective in treating type 2 diabetes with yin deficiency and heat syndrome, which can improve the level of glucose metabolism in patients and is worth promoting. |
