| Objective: To analyze the clinical application value of Emergency care unit nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation. Methods: In this study, 94 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as subjects. All patients received surgical treatment. According to the results of computer selection, the patients in the control group were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention after operation, and the patients in the observation group were given Emergency care unit nursing intervention after operation. The recovery of neurological function was compared between the two groups, and the complications of each group were recorded and calculated. Results: After postoperative nursing intervention, the neurological GOS score (4.52±0.14) of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the MRS score (1.07±0.13) and NIHSS score (1.19±0.06) were both higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05). At the same time, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was better (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Postoperative Emergency care unit nursing intervention in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage can help patients recover neurological function, prevent complications, which is worthy of promotion.
