| 妇科手术一般持续时间不长，术后禁食时间较短，因此，医护人员对血钾的变化关注较少，但术后严重的低钾血症可能对患者产生永久性的损害甚至死亡。本研究对妇科手术后的血钾监测及影响因素等方面进行综述，旨在为术后低钾的预防提供依据。 |

| Gynecological surgery generally does not last long, and postoperative fasting time is relatively short, therefore, medical staff pay less attention to the changes of serum potassium, but postoperative severe hypokalemia may cause permanent damage or even death to patients. This study reviewed the monitoring and influencing factors of serum potassium after gynecological surgery in order to provide a basis for the prevention of postoperative hypokalemia. |
