Objective: To analyze the effect of detailed nursing management on the risk and nurse-patient disputes in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: A total of 110 patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were selected as subjects. They were grouped according to the order of admission. One group was given routine nursing management, and one group gave details. Nursing management, as a control group and intervention group, respectively, compared the nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results: The incidence of nursing risk in the intervention group was 5.45% (3 cases), and the incidence of nurses and patients was 3.64% (2 cases). The data were lower than the control group, and the data were statistically significant (P<0.05,X2=4.2744/3.9600). The satisfaction rate of the patients in the group was 96.36% (53 cases), which was higher than 81.82% (45 cases) in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05,X2=5.9864). Conclusion: Detailed nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence of obstetrics and gynaecology nursing risk and nurse-patient disputes, and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction. The clinical application value is high, and it is recommended to actively promote it. |
