| Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture on anovulatory irregular menstruation. Methods:A total of 78 patients with irregular menstruation in our hospital were treated with acupuncture to analyze the clinical efficacy. Results:The number of follicles with a diameter >15 mm after treatment was significantly higher than the number of follicles with a diameter >15 mm before treatment （P＜0.05）. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone before and after treatment were significantly different （P＜0.05）. 58 patients (74.36%) were cured, 14 patients (17.95%) were effective, 6 patients (7.69%) were ineffective, and 72 patients (92.31%) had a total effective rate. Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment is effective for patients with anovulatory irregular menstruation, which significantly improves the clinical cure rate of patients. |
