| 乳腺良性结节虽然不属于临床疾病名称,但却是女性极为常见的一类良性乳腺临床特征,临床通常将影像发现的乳腺微小良性肿块统称为乳腺良性结节,其主要疾病包括乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺囊性增生症等。随着社会经济的发展,女性的工作压力、生活压力与日俱增,乳腺结节检出率不断升高。乳腺良性结节虽然属于良性疾病,也存在恶变风险,所以正确认识乳腺良性结节、积极防治乳腺良性结节极为重要。本研究从乳腺良性结节患者心理情绪、围手术期护理进展两大方面总结目前关于乳腺良性结节的研究情况,旨在为乳腺良性结节患者心理调护和围手术期护理提供参考。 |

| Although benign breast nodules are not classified as a clinical disease term, they represent an extremely common benign clinical feature of the breast in women. Clinically, imaging-detected small benign breast lumps are generally referred to as benign breast nodules, primarily including conditions such as fibroadenoma and cystic hyperplasia of the breast. With socioeconomic development, women"s work and life pressures have been increasing, leading to a rising detection rate of breast nodules. Although benign breast nodules are non-malignant, they still carry a risk of malignant transformation. Therefore, it is crucial to correctly understand and actively prevent and manage benign breast nodules. This study summarizes current research on benign breast nodules from two key aspects: the psychological and emotional state of patients and advances in perioperative nursing care, aiming to provide references for psychological support and perioperative nursing for patients with benign breast nodules. |
