| 目的 观察探讨晚期卵巢癌患者化疗同时给予八珍汤加减治疗效果以及对免疫功能、预后的影响。方法 于2021年01月至2022年06月收治晚期卵巢癌患者92例,按随机数表法分组,对照组(n=46)常规化疗,观察组(n=46)常规化疗同时加服八珍汤。对比两组总缓解率、中医证候积分、免疫功能、1年生存率、不良反应。结果 观察组总缓解率89.13%、1年生存率86.96%,均高于对照组的71.74%%、67.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前比较,两组主症积分、次症积分、调节性T细胞(Regulatory cell,Treg)、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK)、辅助性T淋巴细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)表达差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后比较,观察组主症积分为(8.78±1.42)分、次症积分为(2.32±0.26)分、Th17为(2.05±0.21)%,均低于对照组的(12.35±1.56)分、(4.84±0.27)分、(2.88±0.22)%,而Treg(3.93±0.34)%、NK(40.92±5.08)%,均高于对照组的(3.03±0.31)%、(37.67±5.11)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻发生率6.52%、皮疹发生率4.35%、水肿发生率4.35%、恶心呕吐发生率15.22%、头痛眩晕发生率13.04%与对照组的19.57%、17.39%、15.22%、23.91%、19.57%差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 晚期卵巢癌患者化疗同时给予八珍汤加减治疗具有确切疗效,能够显著改善免疫功能,减轻临床症状,提高生存率,且安全性高。 |

| Objective To observe and discuss the effect of chemotherapy plus or minus Bazhen Decoction on immune function and prognosis in patients with advanced ovarian cancer.Methods 92 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were treated from January 2021 to June 2022. They were randomly divided into control group (n=46) and observation group (n=46). The total remission rate, TCM syndrome score, immune function, 1-year survival rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total remission rate of 89.13% and one-year survival rate of 86.96% in the observation group were higher than those of 71.74%% and 67.39% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the expression of main symptom score, secondary symptom score, regulatory cell (Treg) , natural killer cell (NK), and helper T cell 17 (Th17) between the two groups (P＞0.05); After treatment, the main symptom score of the observation group was (8.78±1.42) points, the secondary symptom score was (2.32±0.26) points, and Th17 was (2.05±0.21)%, which were lower than the control group"s (12.35±1.56) points, (4.84±0.27) points, (2.88±0.22)%, while Treg (3.93±0.34)%, NK (40.92±5.08)%, which were higher than the control group"s (3.03±0.31)%, (37.67±5.11)%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of diarrhea, rash, edema, nausea and vomiting, headache and dizziness in the observation group were 6.52%, 4.35%, 4.35%, 15.22%, 15.22%, 23.91% and 19.57% respectively, and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The addition and subtraction of Bazhen Decoction in the chemotherapy of advanced ovarian cancer patients has a definite effect, which can significantly improve immune function, alleviate clinical symptoms, improve survival rate, and has high safety. |
