| 目的：探讨当归补血汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗人工流产术后月经不调的临床疗效及安全性。方法：86例的人工流产术后月经不调患者分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),分别接受炔雌醇环丙孕酮、当归补血汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗。记录疗效、症状持续时间、不良反应情况以及治疗前后中医证候积分和血清雌激素水平并比较。结果：观察组患者阴道出血持续时间、月经恢复正常时间显著短于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清E2、FSH和LH水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后血清E2、FSH和LH水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医主症和次症证候积分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医主症和次症证候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：当归补血汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗人工流产术后月经不调疗效确切 ,可显著缩短症状消退时间和月经恢复时间,改善性激素水平,安全性高。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Angelica Tonifying Blood Decoction combined with Ethinestradiol Cyproterone in the treatment of menstrual disorders after artificial abortion. Methods: 86 patients with menstrual disorders after artificial abortion were divided into a control group (43 cases) and an observation group (43 cases), who received treatment with Ethinestradiol Cyproterone, Angelica Tonifying Blood Decoction combined with Ethinestradiol Cyproterone, respectively. Record and compare the efficacy, duration of symptoms, adverse reactions, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, and serum estrogen levels before and after treatment. Results: The observation group exhibited a significantly shorter duration of vaginal bleeding and menstrual normalization compared to the control group, with a markedly higher overall efficacy rate (P<0.05). Post-treatment, serum levels of E2, FSH, and LH were significantly reduced in both groups compared to pre-treatment (P<0.05), with the observation group showing further significant reductions compared to the control group (P<0.05). Following treatment, the scores for primary and secondary symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine were significantly lower in both groups than before treatment (P<0.05). Additionally, the observation group showed significantly lower scores for primary and secondary symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine compared to the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Angelica Tonifying Blood Decoction and Ethinestradiol Cyproterone has a definite therapeutic effect on postoperative menstrual disorders after induced abortion. It can significantly shorten the time for symptom resolution and menstrual recovery, improve sex hormone levels, and has high safety. |
